7 layer tostad...Ok, are you ready for this recipe?

7 layer tostadas

Ingredients:

corn tortillas (or pre-made tostada shells)
refried beans
avocados
sour cream
cheese
lettuce
tomatoes
black beans
vegetable oil

In a small pan, put just enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan plus a single corn tortilla. Let it heat while you prepare the other ingredients.

Mash the avocados. Add spices to taste. I like mine plain and a lite bit chunky.

Dice the tomato and the lettuce.

heat the refried beans.

In the pan, place one corn tortilla at a time, and leave them until they're crispy. It takes about 5 minutes per tortilla until the oil gets really hot. Remove the tortilla when it's stiff and a little bit crispy. Set on paper towel to dry. Make as many tortillas as you will want to eat. Usually I figure 2-3 for each adult.

Once the tortillas are cool, put on beans, quacamole, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and olives. Try not to get any in your hair as you bite in and enjoy!

So simple and so tasty.Korthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11625487779055945986noreply@blogger.com
